Cancellations
If you are unable to attend after registering, we are very sorry to hear that. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the event. After this date, we will charge the full ticket fee.
You may transfer your ticket to a colleague up to one day before the event begins. In this case, please send us an email to teilnehmer@service.ultimamedia.de so that we can arrange the necessary steps.
